The Court will hear oral arguments at Texas A&M Law on Wednesday, October 2, 2019, followed by Q&A and a reception.

Texas A&M students, former students, faculty and staff as well as attorneys and members of the public are all invited. Due to limited available seating, please register using the ​"Register" button above.

Pursuant to Texas Penal Code Section 46.03.(3), the licensed carry of concealed handguns is temporarily prohibited at in the Lecture Hall and Conference Center at Texas A&M University School of Law during the visit of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on October 2, 2019, from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
