2017 Texas A&M University Law School Associate Dean Conference

June 1-3, 2017
Texas A&M University School of Law, Fort Worth, TX

The 2017 Texas A&M University Law School Associate Dean Conference will be hosted by Texas A&M University School of Law from Thursday, June 1, through Saturday, June 3, 2017.

The conference will address topics relevant to associate deans at law schools, including
  • scholarship assessment,
  • teaching assessment,
  • diversity,
  • law school buildings,
  • and rankings.
Speakers include Robert Morse, Chief Data Strategist, U.S. News and World Report, who will engage in a conversation on rankings with Andrew Morriss, Dean of Texas A&M University Law School.

In addition, because many associate deans eventually become law deans, the conference will address topics that dean candidates would need to be familiar with to participate in a dean search.

For information about the conference, please contact the conference organizer, Associate Dean Gary Lucas.
