“Oishi” / Short, Busy Week and Japanese Baseball (07/23/18)

I spent the shortened work week finalizing some assignments and getting into the nuts and bolts of my final presentation. I also received an additional legal group assignment doing research on some subjects that are really taking me back to my first year courses.

I capped off the week by attending my first Japanese baseball game: the Swallows versus the Dragons. The stadium was packed, the crowd was loud, it was “fireworks night,” and the Swallows won. I would highly recommend Japanese baseball to any sports fan.

I spent Saturday afternoon in Ginza where I purchased my own set of chopsticks (exponentially raising my chopstick confidence level) and toured some additional sites I had not been able to visit.

Sunday evening, I joined a couple of my work colleagues who allowed me to join them at the local driving range to hit some golf balls.

Only a couple of weeks left before I head back to the States!
