Energy, Environmental, and Natural Resource Systems Law Program Concentration in Environmental Law

Concentration Requirements:
To earn one of the Natural Resources Systems concentrations, students must obtain a minimum of 16 credits in core and related courses. Students also must achieve a minimum grade point average of 2.33 in each graded course used to satisfy the requirements. Courses offered for a grade may not be taken pass/fail in satisfaction of concentration requirements. In unique circumstances or in the event that new relevant courses are added to the curriculum, course substitution may be permitted following consultation with and approval from the faculty advisor to the respective concentration. In addition, up to 6 credits from part‐time or short‐term externships or up to 10 credits from a residential, semester‐ or summer‐long externship may be substituted for courses toward a concentration following consultation with and approval from the faculty advisor to the respective concentration. A course taken in fulfillment of a Natural Resources Systems concentration may be applied to no more than two Natural Resources Systems concentrations.
