We encourage you to begin the application and verification process as early as possible to ensure timely processing. Students seeking financial aid for summer enrollment will need to check the “Incomplete Documents” tab in their Financial Aid portal in Howdy after Registration. Your FAFSA Student Aid Report (SAR) from the previous fall and spring semester must be on file in order to determine eligibility.
*Based on full time, enrollment is 13-16 hrs/semester. **Based on part time, enrollment is 11 hrs/semester. ***Includes electronic-books(e-books), access to third-party online homework platforms and other resources.
COA determines the per student limit for total financial aid from all combined sources under federal regulations. Federal, state and institutional aid cannot exceed this cost.
