Master of Legal Studies | Intellectual Property Emphasis Curriculum

Our innovative, carefully designed IP curriculum features both foundational and advanced classes, encompassing a wide array of IP topics. Each course has been designed by professors who have extensive experience in IP education and practice, ensuring you’re getting the most up-to-date information and techniques.

The Master of Legal Studies in Intellectual Property is a 30-credit-hour program. Candidates typically enroll in two courses per semester, which allows them to reach eligibility to graduate within two years. Candidates also have the flexibility as to how many courses to enroll in each semester, subject to university program rules.
