"Family law practice intersects with almost every area of law imaginable. Students who practice in the Family and Veterans Advocacy Clinic may have a case that involves many varied areas of law. I love working with students and opening their eyes to the various areas of law that can affect the handling of their case. Additionally, helping a student with his/her trial advocacy skills so that the student does well when they first chair a mediation, trial or hearing is one of my favorite things."
