Researching U.S. Law

Before starting my internship at Kobelco, I assumed I would be conducting quite a bit of research considering Kobelco is an international company. However, I had no idea the magnitude of the laws Kobelco faced from day-to-day.

I was assigned a compliance task the first day at the office. It was so exciting to be able to research U.S. laws to ensure Kobelco was in full compliance with the laws of the U​nited States.

It felt good knowing I was helping to ensure Kobelco could continue to sell its products in the U.S. marketplace.

I truly enjoyed the responsibilities placed on me during my time at Kobelco and I was so grateful they trusted me to handle such assignments.
