Have you considered the risks that climate change poses to your clients’ businesses and to the North Texas economy? Carbon pricing is a market-based approach to manage those risks, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and accelerate technological advancements.

This one-hour program includes information about
  • Climate change impacts in Texas;
  • Its economic, health and national security risks;
  • The Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act (H.R. 763)
  • Advantages of carbon pricing for Texas natural gas
  • Carbon pricing around the world
  • Allies in the movement and developments in Congress; and
  • State and local actions.

Attendance at the event counts for the semester-long EENRSLP raffle.
