The Fort Worth Police Northwest and West Divisions’ Crime Prevention Units are pleased to partner with Texas A&M Law School and Tarrant County Juvenile Services to bring the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children conference to Fort Worth.
This training is designed to support the efforts of professionals engaged in the investigation, response, and prosecution of the crimes against children that utilize Internet technologies.
Free TCOLE and CLE credit provided!
The two-day training will include:
- Information and resources from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children on child pornography, online exploitation, and child sex trafficking;
- In-depth training on child exploitation investigations, including cybertips, subpoenas, warrant, forensics, and proactive investigations from the Office for the Attorney General;
- Frontline Interdiction for the Protection of Children from Child Sex Trafficking and Child Exploitation from Texas DPS; and
- Overview of laws and case studies from an Assistant United States Attorney with the Department of Justice.
Seating is limited and registration is open to the public August 1, 2019 through September 18, 2019.
